The events system on Forces Online Members is currently a free service to organisations that support Armed Forces Veterans. We know there are two types of organisations that may use it. Non-Proft such as charitable groups consisting of Registered Charities, Community Interest Companies and smaller Unregistered Charitble organisations or clubs, and private profit making organisations. Sometimes its hard to distinquish who's who.

Now for the guidence. You can add an event as a guest by clicking the Add Event link show at the bottom of the even page. The system will remember you and your Events which you can later access to edit so there is no need to keep creating the same event page. You can change the date and images etc of an expired event to make it current. Events are sorted into a list with the next event due at the top. Events that have expired will diasappear from the events page, but can still be accessed via the Edit Events link. The location Edit link is used for location details. Please not the events pages are for armed forces events only and anything else will be removed including any fundraising pages or events. All authorised events added will be published to our own networks.
